Produced from our own olive groves in São João da Pesqueira, in the heart of the Douro, Ouro da Fábrica combines the Madural, Cordovil, and Cobrançosa varieties in a carefully controlled cold extraction process. The result is a harmonious olive oil with mature fruitiness and a delicate aroma, where the peppery notes are perfectly balanced by the bitterness, and a finish that evokes dried fruits.
